Operator and scope

MenuFrame is operated by OmegaSkiller EOOD, a company established in Bulgaria. These terms govern the current pre-launch website and early-access accounts. Contact us atsupport@menuframe.app.

Creating an account reserves early access; it does not provide immediate access to uploads, image generation, hosted menus, PDFs, checkout, or paid services.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, use an email address you control, and keep account credentials secure. If you register for a restaurant or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

Early access and pricing

Launch pricing is displayed in euros for validation purposes. No payment is collected during this landing-first release, and creating an account does not create a paid subscription or guarantee a launch date, capacity, or permanent price.

Before accepting payment or menu files, we will present the applicable service scope and updated terms covering deliverables, review and approval, generated images, hosted menus, PDFs, subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds. You can decide whether to proceed at that time.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, impersonate another person or business, or use the service unlawfully. Do not submit confidential documents, menu files, personal data, or third-party material during this pre-launch phase because the upload workflow is not open.

Ownership

MenuFrame, its website, branding, copy, and software remain the property of OmegaSkiller EOOD or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service. Rights for customer materials and generated outputs will be defined in the service terms shown before uploads or payment begin.

Availability and liability

The early-access website is provided for validation and may change, pause, or be discontinued. We aim to keep account and signup functions available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, OmegaSkiller EOOD is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on an announced feature or launch date. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights that apply to you.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply under the law of your country. Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction where legally permitted.

We may update these terms as MenuFrame develops. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated to registered users before taking effect.
